The highest tides on earth along the coast are an extraordinary natural phenomenon. They can top four stories high and fill the bay with over one hundred billion tons of seawater. Then only hours later at low tide, you can walk on the exposed seabed next to boats that now sit in the sand. One of the most popular sites for viewing a tidal bore is on the Salmon River. Our property is located nearby in the town of Salmon River.
